Advisory committee
The advisory committee on Homelessness Mortality supports the research team in shaping the study’s direction, overseeing its implementation, and facilitating the dissemination and uptake of its findings. The committee is composed of members representing a range of community, public, and Indigenous organizations and institutions. It helps ensure that the research is guided by the realities and concerns of the field while maintaining its scientific and social relevance.
This advisory committee reflects the importance of collaboration among researchers, community organizations and public institutions, for supporting this population and preventing deaths among people experiencing homelessness. Through their expertise, each member contributes to strengthening this research and advancing knowledge on homelessness-related mortality.
