Advisory Committee
An Advisory Committee on “Mortality and Homelessness” supports the research team in guiding the study, its implementation, and the mobilization of its findings. This committee comprises members representing diverse community, public, and Indigenous organizations. It ensures that the research remains grounded in on-the-ground concerns while upholding scientific and social relevance.
This advisory committee underscores the critical importance of collaboration among researchers, community stakeholders, and public institutions in preventing avoidable deaths and better upholding the dignity of all people experiencing homelessness. Through their expertise, each member enriches this research and contributes to advancing knowledge on homelessness-related mortality.
